9. Selecting the Bell Mode
If the sliding switch
is in the A1 position the gong plays the selected melody
when the transmitter is actuated and activates a vibration alarm at the same time. If
the sliding switch
is in the A2 position, only the vibration alarm is activated. If the
sliding switch
is in position A3, only the set melody sounds when the transmitter
is actuated.
10. Adjusting the volume
Four different volumes can be selected in stages by pressing the „VoL“ button (1)
in the gong.
note: on changing the batteries or changing a module respectively the volume is
automatically reset to „LoUD “ and must be adjusted if required.
11. Operation with sound module
By using the sound module (not included) additional polyphone melodies or sounds
can be played when in the „K3“ mode. Insert the sound module into the expansion
slot (Fig. 3) and carry out the melody selection as explained in point 6.
12. Operation with uSB-module
By using a USB-module (not included) your own choice of polyphone melodies
(midi/wave) can be played in „K3“ mode.
Install the USB software from the düwi homepage (www.duewi.de). Insert the USB-
module with download function into the USB hub of your computer and use the
software to load the desired music file from your computer onto the USB-module.
Insert the USB-module into the expansion slot (Fig. 4) and carry out the melody
selection as explained in point 6.
