Two-way conversation recording/Personal information (dictate)

Personal information (dictate)

Personal information can be dictated directly via the built-in microphone. The length of the recording can be between 3 seconds
and 12 minutes.

Press the select button next to the symbol for “re-
cording”.

Wait, you hear a brief tone, the display shows a microphone
symbol that indicates the readiness for recording.

Start speaking your dictate or personal information (keep
a distance of about 25 cm to the microphone).

The display shows the duration of your recording in minutes
and seconds.

Press the stop button to end the recording.

The recording is stopped. The answering mode button blinks to
indicate a new message. If the answering mode was active be-
fore recording the dictate, the counter is increased by one.

You have the option to speak personal information during the answering mode. Other people then have the possibility to re-

trieve this information using the remote control code.
