The Test Cartridge was not inserted

200 or the
operator did not wait until prompted.
User has not performed the action
required within the maximum
allowed time.
Cancel the Assay or reinsert the Test
Cartridge. Fully insert Test Cartridge until
you feel firm resistance. Do not use
excessive force. The TM automatically
pulls the Test Cartridge into the port.
NOTE:
You must reinsert the Test
Cartridge into the TM port within
approximately 30 seconds. If you do
not, the system aborts the Assay and
displays an error message.
Repeat Assay using a fresh set of
components.
Barcode Error Aborting Assay
The RAMP
®
200 was unable to read
the barcode on the Test Cartridge.
Repeat Assay using a fresh set of
components.
No Ports Available, Assays in Progress
All ports are in use by other Assays.
Select
OK
, to return to the main menu
and wait until an Assay is complete
before you attempt to run another test.
No Ports Available, Remove
Cartridge(s) Try Again
Cartridges occupying all ports.
Remove the Test Cartridge(s) of
completed Assay(s).

No response to insertion of a Lot Card
The Lot Card assembly is not
functioning.
Contact Technical Support to report the
problem.
Lot Card Error, Reinsert
The system did not read the Lot Card
correctly.
The Lot Card may have been removed
too quickly, or may not have been
fully inserted into the Lot Card slot.
Select
OK
, and then reinsert the Lot Card.
If the problem persists, use a Lot Card
from another box of Tests with the same
lot number.
If another Lot Card is not available or
alternate Lot Card fails, contact Technical
Support.
Lot # XXXX Not Found, Insert Lot Card
or Cancel
The RAMP
®
200 does not contain the
data required to run Test Cartridges
with that lot #.
The Lot Card may not have been read
before running the Assay.
Insert the Lot Card for the specified lot or
cancel Assay.
NOTE:
If you do not insert the Lot Card
within approximately 30 seconds, the
system aborts the Assay.
Use a fresh set of components and repeat
Assay.
Lot Card Expired
The inserted Lot Card has expired.
NOTE:
Expiry falls on the last day of
the month.
Check the RAMP
®
200 date/time
settings.
Use components that have not expired.
