Troubleshooting
Problem
Solution
The device is not turning on.
o
The battery is discharged or needs
to be replaced. See the Battery
section of Maintenance for more
information.
The device is not charging.
o
The device is not connected to the
power outlet. Check the
connections between the device,
charging cable and wall adapter.
o
Something is obstructing the
charging port. Try cleaning the
port with a thin wooden or plastic
tool. DO NOT use a metal tool as it
may damage the port.
The device turns off earlier than
expected.
o
You might have been using the
fastest mode. During this mode
the device works less than 8
hours.
o
The device is not fully charged.
Check the Battery section of
Operation for more information.
Unusual smells coming from the
device.
o
The filters are dirty and need to be
cleaned or replaced. See the Filter
section of Maintenance.
o
The device or the face shield is
dirty and needs to be cleaned. See
Cleaning the Device.
The device is charging slowly.
o
The wall adapter does not support
18W fast charging. See the
Charging section of Operation for
our recommendations for the
power adapter.
