ENROLL THE KEYPAD
The keypad must be enrolled in the control panel before it can be used
.
Registration and
Programming is conducted through ADT 3rd Party Services and the Alarm.com MobileTech tool. On
a laptop, PC or Smart Device, go to: https://3ps.adt.com and https://alarmadmin.alarm.com/mobile.
After accessing the customer account perform the following steps in MobileTech to enroll the
keypad(s).
1.
Select “Equipment” option
2.
Select “Peripherals”
3.
Select the “Add Keypad” option.
4.
Select “Begin Learn Mode”.
5.
Plug the keypad’s power supply into a 24hr, non-switchable 110VAC, 60Hz outlet.
•
The keypad automatically attempts to pair with the Control Panel.
•
If enrollment is not successful, press any of the keys on the keypad to restart the pairing
process or disconnect and reconnect power.
6.
After successful pairing, keypad displays Busy Standby until exit of program mode. The system
then displays Disarmed, Ready. When enrolled, the keypad’s ID number appears on the Control
Panel’s screen.
7.
After enrollment, program and save the keypad’s zone options (zone descriptor, etc.) at
the Control Panel.
NOTE:
Make sure to assign a descriptor to the keypad for easy identification when keypad events
occur.

Sélectionnez l'option «Équipement»

Sélectionnez l'option «Ajouter un clavier».
4.
Sélectionnez «Mode apprentissage».
5.
Branchez le bloc d’alimentation du keypad sur une prise 24 h / 24, commutable, 110VAC, 60Hz.

Le clavier tente automatiquement de s’apparier au contrôleur.
•
l’enregistrement échoue, appuyez sur n’importe quelle touche du keypad pour relancer le
processus d’appariement ou débranchez puis rebranchez le bloc d’alimentation.
6.
Une fois l’appariement réussi, le keypad affiche « Busy Standby » (occupé, en attente) jusqu’à
ce que l’appareil quitte le mode de programmation. Le système affiche ensuite le message
« Disarmed, Ready » (Désarmé. Prêt.). Une fois le keypad inscrit, son numéro d’identification
s’affiche sur l’écran du contrôleur.
7.
Après l’inscription, programmez et enregistrez les options de zone du keypad (descripteur de
zone, etc.) sur le contrôleur.
NOTE
: assurez-vous d’attribuer un descripteur au keypad pour faciliter l’identification lorsque
des événements liés au keypad se produisent.
IMPORTANT
: Once enrolled, the keypad cannot be used with another Control Panel until it is
un-enrolled (deleted) from the current Control Panel. Refer to Keypad Menu Mode for details on
removing devices.

SPECIAL FUNCTION KEYS
The keypads also feature function keys. These keys may be programmed for panic alarms.
Panic activation requires a 2-button sequence. After the first button in the sequence is pressed, you
can cancel the panic by pressing any other key.

1. Press Panic and within 10 seconds press the desired panic key
(Fire, Police, Medical)
2. Press desired panic key and within 10 seconds press the Panic
2. button
3. Press desired panic key and within 10 seconds press the same key.

TOUCHES DE FONCTIONS SPÉCIALES

This mode displays keypad programmed information and provides access to Default, Reset, LCD
Brightness and Backlight options. Press and hold the

Cancel) key
for 2 seconds to enter Menu
Mode. The system will exit Menu Mode after 1 minute of inactivity. Press # key to scroll or * key to
exit.

Mode Menu Keypad
Ce mode affiche les informations programmées sur le pavé tactile et permet d'accéder aux options
Par défaut, Réinitialiser, Luminosité LCD et Rétro-éclairage. Maintenez la touche enfoncée pendant 2
secondes pour entrer en mode menu. Le système quittera le mode Menu après 1 minute d'inactivité.
