Be prepared in case of a fire, injuries or emergencies.

Always turn the power off and unplug the fryer before 
cleaning or servicing it.

Never turn the fryer on if the back panel is not in place.

At the end of day, before closing your store, make sure that 
the fryer's switch is off. 

 
9.

 

Certain surfaces of the fryer can be very hot.  To prevent any
