When using a converter that the TX (transmit) is 1310nm 
and the RX(receive) is 1550nm, then the other end need to 
have a combination of converter that the TX(transmit) is 
1550nm and the RX(receive) is 1310nm. 
The TX needs to connect to the other end’s RX with the 
same wavelength.
