Swing the door to the left. Then, squeeze firmly until it snaps shut. Apply enough
pressure when closing the door and make sure there is a “snap” before going to
the next step.

Make sure the cartridge fits securely in the on-body infusor before you close the door.

close the door if the cartridge is missing or not fully inserted.

touch the start button until you have placed the loaded on-body infusor
on your skin.
Important:
After you load the on-body infusor, go to the next step right away.
