Adjust the height of
the neck massage
nodes following
according to the
“Operation Guide”.
The height is not ideal.
Neck massage nodes have
not been adjusted to a
proper height.
PROBLEM
Pain is felt during the
use.
CAUSE SOLUTION
Direct skin contact with the
product directly
Avoid direct contact
with the skin.
Do not lean on the
massager too closely.
Heating function does
not work.
1. Heating function hasn’t
been activated.
2. The heat function is
manufactured according
to International safety
standards, which limits how
fast the product can heat
up. It needs a few minutes
to warm up after activating
heating function.
1. Press the Heating
button to activate this
function (indicator
light will turn on).
2. Please wait 2-3
minutes after activa-
ting this function.
Unsatisfied experience
of using this product in
the car.
This product is not
designed for car seat.
