Operation
• Start the operating system (e.g. at least Windows 2000/XP or later) or the Android device.
• Connect the USB receiver to the computer. The operating system recognizes the new hardware (USB
keyboard and USB mouse) and installs the necessary driver (included in the operating system). The
same applies if the USB receiver is connected to an Android device.
• The product is ready for operation on concluding the driver installation.
Operation
• Two functions levels can be selected with the “Fn” button:
1 LED is off: Mouse cursor arrow
2 LED lights up: Multimedia buttons (increase volume (“VOL+”) or reduce volume (“VOL-”), Mute
(“MUTE”), fast forward/jump forward (“FF”), rewind/return (“REW”) as well as play/pause (“PLAY/
II
”)
• The rippled surface at the upper end of the control unit serves as a touchpad, similar to a notebook. The
surface marked on the right edge functions like the scroll wheel of a mouse. The left/right mouse button
is marked with a picture (however, the function level for the mouse operation must be activated, see
above).
• The “Esc” key corresponds with the ESC key of a PC keyboard. The key with the house symbol starts
the explorer with windows. The key with the 3x3 keyboard has different functions depending on the
operating system , e.g. a virtual keyboard fade-in with Android devices.
• If there is no user operation the control unit switches itself off after certain time to save power. Then
press a desired key for reactivation.
• The USB receiver and control unit are already tuned into each other on delivery. Keep a distance of
approximately 30 cm between the USB receiver and control unit if a renewed tuning in procedure is
required and keep the “Esc” key pressed down at the control unit for 3 seconds (the USB receiver must
be supplied with power for this tuning in procedure. Fully charged batteries must be installed in the
control unit).
• If the touchpad does not function properly press the right mouse button at the control unit (first select
the correct functions level. LED light must go out. See above).

in LED brightness.
Therefore we recommend you only use high quality alkaline batteries for operating the control unit to
ensure long and fault free operation.
Inserting batteries, changing batteries
• Open the battery compartment at the rear of the control unit and insert two type AAA/Micro batteries

• It is recommended changing the battery when the wireless range is greatly reduced or the computer no
longer reacts to the control commands of the presenter.
