Installation
Do not place your PA Box directly near displays such as TV sets or computer monitors.
The magnetic field from the loudspeakers might distort the image on such devices.
When setting up the PA Box, make sure that the loudspeakers have a stable footing
and that the surface they rest on is stable.
If you install the PA box in an elevated position or stack boxes on top of one another,
the boxes must be secured with suitable securing devices. When so doing, ensure
that the fastening material and the anchoring area are sufficiently dimensioned.
Serious injury to persons can be caused if the PA Box falls down. Therefore, securing
the PA-Box must be done by experienced and trained personnel.
It is not permitted to suspend the loudspeakers from the carrier handles.
If the PA box is set up on a stand, it must be robust enough and appropriate for the
weight of the loudspeaker.
Always route the cables so that nobody can trip over or become entangled in them.
There is a risk of injury.
• Locate the PA box in a desired location.
• If necessary, a loudspeaker stand can be inserted in the loudspeaker flange underneath the box.
• Align the sound outlet as desired.
Connection
When connecting the PA box, ensure that the connecting cable is not pinched or dam-
aged by sharp edges.
The loudspeakers may only be connected to suitable loudspeaker outputs of audio
devices.
Make sure that impedance and power rating specified in the technical data resonate
with the connected amplifier’s data. Otherwise the PA-Box or the amplifier may be
damaged.
The power amplifier to which the PA loudspeaker is connected must be switched off
during the connection process.
Do not route the connecting cable in such a way that people may trip over it
• Connect the SPK plug INPUT of the PA Box to the amplifier’s loudspeaker output. If the amplifier
does not have a suitable connection, please use suitable adapter cables.
Pin assignment: Positive pole Pin1+
Negative pole Pin1-
• If you want to connect another speaker parallel to the same amplifier channel, connect the free
SPK plug OUTPUT with that loudspeaker. Both connections are wired in parallel. The connection
OUTPUT is not influenced by the built-in diplexer.
• Pay attention to the loading capacity of the terminal element . The total impedance of the con-
nected loudspeakers should be less than the minimum impedance of the power amplifier.
Maintenance
The PA box does not require any maintenance.
Only wipe the outside with a dry or slightly moistened cloth. Make sure not to touch the sensitive
speaker membranes.
Never use aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solutions as the housing’s surfaces or the loud-
speaker membrane could be damaged.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste materials and must not be disposed of in the
household waste!
Please dispose of the product, when it is no longer of use, according to the current
statutory requirements.

Intended use
The PA-Box is used to convert the electric output signals from audio amplifiers into audible sound
waves and is only intended for connection to the loudspeaker outputs of such devices.
The product may only be used in enclosed indoor locations. Outdoor use is not allowed. Do not
expose to moisture, for example in bathrooms or similar spaces.
Any other use than the one described above may lead to damage to the PA-Box and involves other
risks, such as short circuits, fire or electrical shocks etc.
No part of the product may be modified or rebuilt.

• Do not expose the PA box to high temperatures, drips or water spray, strong vibra-
tions or high humidity.
• This product is not a toy; it is not suitable for children. Children are not aware of the
potential dangers involved when using electrical devices.
• Don’t leave packaging material lying around carelessly; it may become a dangerous
plaything for children.
• If you are unsure about how to connect the product properly, or should you have any
questions that are not answered in these operating instructions, please contact our
