The product is a wired stereo headset with microphone.
The product can connect directly via 3.5 mm jack or through a USB-A adaptor with in-line
controls.
Examples of use include online chats, conference calls, and gaming.

Move microphone further away from the mouth.

Check the computer microphone is not too close to
the headset.
When connected to a computer
via USB-A:
■
Try a different USB port on the computer.
■
Disconnect the product, restart the computer, recon-
nect.
