
4. Select ‘RF-BAR-100’ on your audio signal device (e.g. mobile phone, laptop) to pair it with
the product.

You may be prompted to enter a password. Enter the password (or try using ‘0000’) and
confirm your entry.

After pairing successfully, the blue LED indicator flashes more slowly than in pairing mode.

If the devices do not pair within 3 minutes, switch the product off and try pairing the devices
again.
Some smartphones, such as the iPhone, reduce the volume when pairing for the
first time. You can then adjust the volume accordingly.
d) Music playback
•
Connect the Bluetooth audio receiver to an audio playback device with a 3.5 mm jack input
(e.g. headphones or a portable speaker).
• Start playback on your audio signal device or by pressing the multifunction button

on the
Bluetooth audio receiver.
•
Pressing the multifunction button briefly pauses playback, pressing it again resumes play
-
back.
• Press the Back/Vol - button

on the Bluetooth audio receiver briefly to go back to the
previous track.
• Press the Forward/Vol + button

on the Bluetooth audio receiver briefly to skip to the
next track.
• You can also use your audio device to control playback, volume settings and other func-
tions.
• The Bluetooth audio receiver switches off automatically after 12 minutes of inactivity.
e) Answering/ending/rejecting phone calls
If the Bluetooth audio receiver is connected to a mobile phone via Bluetooth, the current track
will be paused and you will hear a ringtone when a call is received.
• To answer an incoming call, press the multifunction button

on the Bluetooth audio recei-
ver. To reject a call, press and hold the multifunction button for 1 second.

To end a call, press the multifunction button briefly during the call.
•
To reject a call, press the multifunction button twice in quick succession.
•
To redial the most recently dialled number, press the multifunction button twice in quick
succession.
• You can also use the on-screen controls on your mobile phone to answer/end a call as
normal.
Speak in the direction of the microphone

and ensure that the microphone is not
obstructed by objects or placed in an inaccessible location (e.g. a car glove box).
f) Changing the volume
• Press and hold the Back/Vol - button

on the Bluetooth audio receiver to decrease the
volume. Release the button once the desired volume has been reached.
• Press and hold the Forward/Vol + button
(7)
on the Bluetooth audio receiver to increase the
volume. Release the button once the desired volume has been reached.
Care and cleaning
• Disconnect the product from the power supply before cleaning.
•
Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these
may damage the housing or stop the product from functioning properly.
• Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
• Do not clean the product by immersing it in water.
