Troubleshooting
No sound reproduction via the headphones
• After connecting the gaming headset to the computer, Windows should automatically switch
audio playback to the gaming headset. In the Windows audio settings, check which playback
device is selected.
• Check the volume setting on the gaming headset, adjust the volume differently.
• Adjust the volume of the playback device (playback level) differently in Windows or in the
software you are using (such as a computer game).
• Check if mute is enabled in Windows or in the software you are using.
Microphone does not work
• Make sure the microphone on the gaming headset is switched on.
• After connecting the gaming headset to the computer, Windows should automatically switch
audio recording to the gaming headset. In the Windows audio settings, check which recor-
ding device is selected.
• Adjust the microphone volume of the recording device (recording level) differently in Win-
dows or in the software you are using (such as a computer game).
• Check if microphone mute is enabled in Windows or in the software you are using.
Care and cleaning
• Disconnect the product from the USB port before cleaning.
• Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as
these may damage the casing or cause the product to malfunction.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be placed in household waste.
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant statu-
tory regulations.
