3. Intended use
The clear water pump is intended for private use, such as in hobby gardens. The product is not suitable for the
operation of irrigations or irrigation systems in professional, industrial or public areas (e.g. gardens).
Clean and clear fresh water is allowed as the pumped liquid (particle size up to 5 mm). The temperature of the pumped
liquid must not 35 °C.
The clear water pump is used, for example, for pumping in/out of containers (rainwater cistern), for water supply of
suitable equipment in the garden via private wells (groundwater) or for pumping the water out of places such as a
swimming pool. The clear water pump is also suitable for draining flooding.
An external float switch activates the clear water pump automatically when the water level rises. However, the float
switch can also be attached laterally to the clear water pump when not in use.
For safety and approval purposes, do not rebuild and/or modify this product. Using the product for purposes other than
those described above may damage the product. In addition, improper use can cause hazards such as a short circuit,
fire or electric shock. Read the operating instructions carefully and store them in a safe place. If you pass the product
on to a third party, please hand over these operating instructions as well.
