t) Measured value alarm function
You can set an upper threshold (“HI”-alarm) and/or a lower threshold (“LO”-alarm) for various measured
values of the weather station.
When the upper threshold is exceeded or the lower threshold is undercut, an alarm sound is emitted.

Setting the thresholds
• Repeatedly push the button “ ” (10) briefly, until the desired alarm function is displayed (“LO AL” or
“HI AL” will be displayed in the respective range, and the currently set threshold will appear).
• Use the button “ ” (11) or “ ” (12) to set the threshold (for quick adjustment, keep the respective button
pushed).
• Briefly push the button “ ” (10), to save the setting; the weather station will switch to display of the next
alarm function.
If you do not push any button for a few seconds, you will leave setting mode and the weather
station will show the currently measured values again.
Switching Alarm Function On/Off
• Repeatedly push the button “ ” (10) briefly, until the desired alarm function is displayed (“LO AL” or
“HI AL” will be displayed in the respective range, and the currently set threshold will appear).
• Briefly push the button “ ” (9), to switch the alarm function on or off. The symbol “ ” is displayed when
the alarm function is on.
When the alarm function is on, the weather station will emit an alarm sound when the upper
threshold (“HI”-alarm) is exceeded or the lower threshold (“LO”-alarm) is undercut for the dura-
tion of 2 minutes. The corresponding display and the LED (18) below the display will also flash.
Ending the alarm sound
The alarm sound will be ended automatically after two minutes. To terminate the alarm sound early, push
the button “SNOOZE / LIGHT” (1) or the button “ ” (10).
