• The antenna symbol means the reception has not succeeded (however, the daily
synchronization is still activated). The
BARO
button (2) must be held down until the
antenna symbol appears in the display to start the search of the DCF signal.
• If the reception fails further on you can attempt it later at other locations. Place
the weather station further away from sources of interference such as mobiles,
household devices, TVs etc.
• Keep the
BARO
button (2) pressed down until the antenna symbol disappears, to
deactivate the radio controlled reception and stop the daily synchronization.
b) Clock, calendar, time zone
• Press the
Clock/Set
button (13) to choose between time and calendar.
• Follow the steps below to set the 12/24 hour format, the hours format, day/month
format, time zone offset, the time and calendar.
• Keep the
Clock/Set
button (13) pressed to reach the time setting mode.
• Use the + or - buttons to correct the selection and the
Clock/Set
button to confirm (or
skip) the setting in the sequence below:
• Weather Forecast > 12/24hr format > D/M or M/D format > Time Zone Offset > Hr >
Min > Yr > > Month> Date > Temperature unit > Rainfall unit > Wind Speed unit >
Pressure unit > Pressure value > EXIT

You must set the clock and calendar manually if the weather station cannot
receive any DCF signal.
If the device can receive a DCF signal however, you want to change the time
zone, you can select TIME ZONE OFFSET b12 and -12 hours (this is
the time difference between the radio controlled time and your local time).
The "ZONE" symbol appears in the clock and calendar display mode if you set
the TIME ZONE OFFSET to something other than 0.
c) Setting alarm
• Press the
ALARM
button (14) to display the alarm time, whereupon the "ALARM"
symbol appears in the display.
