Note 1. Supply current values do not include output charge/discharge current from all pins. The values apply when internal pull-up
resistors are disabled.
Note 2. Peripheral module clocks are stopped. This does not include BGO operation. The clock source is the PLL. FCLK and PCLK are
set for division by 64.
