LVD1E Bit (Voltage Detection 1 Enable)
When using voltage detection 1 interrupt/reset or the LVD1SR.LVD1MON flag, set the LVD1E bit to 1. The voltage
detection 1 circuit starts once Td

passes after the LVD1E bit value is changed from 0 to 1.
