Memory-Protection Error Status Register (MPESTS)
IMPER Bit (Instruction Memory-Protection Error Generation)
This bit indicates the state of memory-protection error generation by instruction execution.
Setting the error status-clearing bit (CLR) in the memory-protection error status-clearing register (MPECLR) to 1 clears
this bit to 0.
DMPER Bit (Data Memory-Protection Error Generation)
This bit indicates the state of memory-protection error generation by operand access.
Setting the error status-clearing bit (CLR) in the memory-protection error status-clearing register (MPECLR) to 1 clears
this bit to 0.
For a memory-protection error produced by operand access, this bit indicates the read/write attribute of the access
operation. This bit is only valid when the DMPER bit is 1.
Setting the error status-clearing bit (CLR) in the memory-protection error status-clearing register (MPECLR) to 1 clears
this bit to 0.
