HOW TO USE YOUR REMINGTON
®
PURELUXE3D STRAIGHTENER
Carefully place the straightener on a flat, hard, heat resistant surface ensuring
the sides of the plates do not come into contact with the surface. Plug in to any
household (120-240V AC) wall power outlet. Press and hold the power on/off
switch for 1 second until you hear an audible ‘beep’.
The bars in the right of the digital display window will flash while the plates
are heating to the temperature selected. Press the “+” temperature increase
button to increase the temperature. Press the “-” to decrease the temperature.
The lowest temperature setting is 150°C, and the highest temperature setting
is 230°C. When the temperature selected has been reached, you will hear two
audible ‘beeps’ and the bars in the right of the window will be steady.
Take extra care when using the straightener, as it can get very hot. It is
important to establish the correct temperature for your hair type prior to use to
prevent damage to your hair. If in doubt, start with the low temperature setting
first, and increase the temperature gradually by pressing the “+” temperature
increase button.
To switch your straightener off, press and hold the on/off switch for 1 second
until you hear an audible ‘beep’.
