• Start at the nape of the neck and curl the underneath sections of hair first.
When the underneath sections of hair are complete, move to the next layers,
finishing with the hair around the part line.
• Take about a 5 cm section of hair and pull taut and down and away from the scalp.
• Holding the tong with the other hand, start near the roots and wind your hair
around and along the barrel. Start at the base of the barrel and wind your hair
around until the length of your hair is around the barrel. Try not to overlap or
twist the hair.
• Keep hold of your hair and hold the tong in place for a few seconds depending
on the texture and length of your hair. The tightness of the curl is determined
by how tightly you wrap the hair around the tong and how long you hold the
hair in place.
• To release your hair for a super sleek curl, tilt your tong so the tip of the barrel
points down, and release the hair and let it slide off the barrel.
• Repeat until the desired amount of curl has been achieved.
• Allow your curls to cool so the curls are fully set. Once cool run your fingers
through the hair to break up the curls.
• You can complete your style with a finishing serum or hair spray.
A heat protective glove is included with your styler. Place the glove on the hand that is winding
the hair around the barrel.
MAINTENANCE
This styler is designed for household use and is virtually maintenance free.
If cleaning becomes necessary, disconnect the styler from the power outlet, allow
it to cool, then wipe the exterior surface and the high grade ceramic barrel infused
with Keratin with a soft damp cloth.
Do not
immerse the unit in any liquid.
Do not
use an abrasive cleaning fluid or
material to clean the high grade CeraSol ceramic barrel infused with Keratin as this
will scratch the surface and deteriorate the effectiveness of the surface.
STORAGE
When not in use, always unplug the unit from the power outlet. Allow the styler
to cool and store out of the reach of children in a safe dry place. Never wrap the
power cord around the styler as this will cause the cord to wear prematurely and
break. Handle the cord carefully for long life and avoid jerking, twisting or straining
especially at the power plug and styler connections. If the cord becomes twisted
in use, periodically straighten it.
This product is not suitable to use in a bath or shower.
This product conforms to radio frequency interference requirements.
