REMA TROLLEY
SAFETY WARNING
 Do not exceed rated load capacity.
 Never lift people or hoist loads over people.
 Never come in between the plain trolley and the load when operating.
 Examine plain trolley before using. Components may be affected by exposure to
chemicals, salts and rust.
MOUNTING INSTRUCTION
1. The space between wheels and beam must be max 5 mm
2. fasted all bolts and nuts carefully after mounting the trolley
OPERATION
1. Place the load directly under the plain trolley.
2. Attach appropriate couplings from suspender plate (#13) to load and hoist up to
desired height.
3. Push load to move trolley.
CAUTION
:
If the load does not move when pushed hard, stop operation and check for obstacles on the I-
beam that may be obstacles on the I-beam that may be obstructing movement.
MAINTENANCE
 Periodically grease bearing, gear and I-beam surface.
 Periodically examine all bolts and nuts for tightness.
 Examine by a mechanical trolley the hand chain for using.
