3 NDC-K Needle Detector Manual
2.1 Sensitivity
Sensitivity means the ferrous diameter in detection products. It is 11 levels. The
higher the level, the higher the sensitivity.Level 0 can pass all products without alarm.
Level can reject FE
Φ1.5mm.
Level 4 can detect FE
Φ1.2mm.
Level 7 can detectt FE
Φ1.0mm.
Level 10 can
detect FE
Φ0.8mm. As show in Pic. 2.2-1.
Press left and right button
to adjust sensitivity.

2.2 B/C Mode
B mode refers to photoelectric mode. Only when product pass photoelectric can start
detection. It is suitable for flat and regular products.
C mode refers to non- photoelectric mode. Needle detector is staying in detection after
press start button for 1s. It is suitable for irregular and uneven products.
B/C button
is used to shift B, C mode. In B mode, press Shift button
to shift counting type. Counting type include: Total, NG, Pass. In C mode,
counting type is only: Alarm.
Remind: In C mode, Pls wait for 1s to put product after start in order to avoid missing
detection.
