TROUBLESHOOTING
If you are having trouble with your DAB radio, there are some quick and easy checks that
you can do to help resolve the problem.
No or poor Internet radio / DAB / FM reception:
Change the location of the device.
Check the alignment of the antenna and that the antenna is fully extended.
If you have problems playing the Internet radio, please check the network settings
on the device and the settings on your router.
In order to achieve the best reception, it is recommended to set up the device
close to a window.
Make sure that there are no other electrical devices (microwave fluorescent tubes,
etc.) in the vicinity of your radio that could interfere with the device.
No sound:
Check the volume is muted. Change the position of the volume control.
Check that the radio is on.
Switch to another radio station.
Reset the device to the factory settings.
The radio cannot be switched on:
Connect the device to a DC 5V charging source. When charging, make sure that
the LED on the back of the device lights up red.
If the device will not be used for a long period of time, it is recommended to fully
charge the device every 2-3 months to avoid damaging the battery.
