1) From the main menu

, choose Timer and then 

enter Timer setup: 

 

Frames: 

input quantity of frames you want to take by 

UP/DOWN and LEFT/RIGHT.   

The above setup means 32 frames. 
 

 

Interval: 

input interval time between frame capture 

by UP/DOWN and LEFT/RIGHT. 

The above setup means interval time is 15 seconds 

between each two captures.
