e) Checking and setting the pitch values
Attention!
Before you check the pitch values with the remote control, you must separate the motor from the flight
control to prevent unwanted starting of the rotor head.
First, check the correct installation of the servo levers on the swash plate servos. If the control stick for the pitch control
is in the center position, the servo levers must be at a 90° angle to the link rods.
Then the pitch value of the main rotor blades should be 0° (for 3D flight). You must use a suitable pitch adjuster gauge
to measure the pitch value.
The following combinations turned out to be the ideal starting point for setting your personal values. You should
program these on the transmitter. Then you can switch between the individual flight statuses with the toggle switch.
