5. Introduction

If you are assembling/using the model for the first time, follow the steps below in the stated order:

1. 

Familiarise yourself with the safety precautions.

Read the safety instructions and information on the use of flight batteries.

You are required to have insurance in order to use the model.
Details can be found in sections 6. Safety instructions and 7. Battery information.

2. 

Familiarise yourself with the safety features of the model.

The model is equipped with some safety features that help to prevent damage to the model and injuries to the 

pilot and other people. 
See section 8. Safety features of the model for details.

3. 

Assemble the model.

Attach the wings and the cockpit.
Complete the electrical connections.
See section 9. Assembling the model for details.

4. 

Get the remote control ready.

Learn about the different remote control functions and install batteries.
See section 

10. Remote control

 for details.

5. 

Prepare the model for launch

Charge the flight battery and check that the model is ready for take-off.

See section 

11. Before flying

 for details.

6. 

The model is now ready for take-off.

Launch the aeroplane and adjust the trim settings. 
See section 12. Flying the model for details.
