a) Dismounting the mechanical unit
For maintenance or repair work, it might become necessary to dismount the mechanical unit of the helicopter. Proceed
in the following order:
• Remove the rear end of the fuselage.
• Remove the screw of the blade control holder (1) which is
located above the grub screw (2) of the blade holder (fig.
9).
• Remove the attachment screw (3) of the tail rotor control
arm (fig. 10).
• Loosen the grub screw (fig. 9, pos. 2) of the blade holder
and pull the freewheel as well as the blade holder from
the shaft.
• Remove the five attachment screws (4) from the rear rotor
gear (fig. 11).
