INSTALLATION
INSTALLATION OF REEL
1. For overhead ceiling mounting: Install reels at least 16.5 feet above the floor.
2. If the reel you have purchased does not have hose included, you will need to purchase and
attach. Refer to Specifications on box to determine appropriate hose size and length.
3. You will need to purchase appropriate hardware for mounting your new reel.
3.1 The reel base has four 27/64” (or 10.5mm) drilled holes for mounting on a suitable flat
surface. Fig. 1.1 to Fig.1.3 is a template showing the correct location of the 4 mounting
holes in the base.
Note:
The box of HR221 is printed with Reel mounting template, which needs to be removed (Fig. 2.1).
HR222 and HR223 series are equipped with separate Reel mounting template (Fig. 2.2, Fig. 2.3).
Attach the template to the plane where the reel is installed according to the text direction.
Mark the positioning hole on the template, remove the template, and use the tool to drill the hole.
