REEL always recommends the use of safety equipment such as a
helmet, knee pads and gloves.
4. To slow down,
release pressure off the
accelerator. The energy
recovery system will
start, helping gradually
slow the scooter down.
To stop faster, apply
gradual pressure to the
brake lever.
5. To turn, lean your
body slightly into the
direction of the turn,
whilst gradually moving
the handlebars in the
same direction. (e.g, for
a left turn, lean the body
slightly to the left while
gradually turning the
handlebars to the left).
1. Turn on your REEL
scooter and check
the battery has
sufficient charge.
2. To start, kick off with
one foot on the floor.
3. To start, kick off with
the foot on the floor. Once
the scooter is moving,
press down on the throttle
to start the electric motor.
