MAINTENANCE
Sand and lime deposits may increase the wear of the shaft & bearings considerably and
may lead to the exclusion of warranty.
To maintain efficient performance of the pump, periodic
cleaning is required.
Thoroughly clean the pump, the drive assembly and the cooling duct
in regular intervals, at least once every six months. In case of high lime content, a lot of
sediment or failures, shorter intervals may be necessary.
WARNING:
Always unplug or disconnect the pump from the electrical supply before servicing the
pump, while the equipment is being installed or when being handled. When inserting or removing the
pump from the water, always disconnect main electrical plug.
Never yank the cord to pull the plug
from outlet.
Grasp the plug and pull to disconnect. Always unplug an appliance from an outlet when
not in use.
Never lift the pump by the cord.
