1. Free of service charge
Free repair service is valid until the warranty expires when the monitor has been
used with no factory defects or any other initial problems.
2. Service charge
The following reasons would require service charge (labor fee, part fee, service fee)
1) After warranty has expired
2) Before warranty has expired
- Natural disaster or act of God (fire, flood, lightning, earthquake and other natural
disasters or electricity cutout)
- When the user tries to modify or fix the monitor
- When damaged, dropped, shocked, or broken by the user
- When damaged, shocked or broken by faulty electricity
* Service charge applies for half mirrors (beam splitters) if broken after delivery.
