• Avant de nettoyer, inspecter ou réparer

l'appareil, s'assurer qu'il est arrêté et qu'il a
refroidit.

• Utiliser des gants de protection pour chaque

inspection, retrait, aiguisage, et installation de la
lame.

LAME

Essuyer la poussière et la saleté se trouvant sur la
lame et la huiler après chaque usage.

Aiguisage des lames:

1. Lorsque les bords de coupe deviennent plats, Ies

aiguiser en utilisant une petite meuleuse à disque.
(MA1-a)

2. Lors de I'aiguisage, décaler les dents inférieure et

supérieure de la lame de 3mm. (MA1-b) Pour
décaler, insérer la clé hexagonale accessoire dans
le trou correspondant sur le dessus du carter et
tourner. (MA2)

• Remplacer par une lame neuve lorsque la largeur à

I'extrémité devient inférieure à 8mm. (MA1-c)

• Etant donné que l'usure de chaque conteau est

différent suivant les conditions d'utilisation, effectuer
une rotation de la position des lames à intervalles.

Retrait des lames:

1. Retourner la machine et enlever le couvercle

inférieur (MA3-1) en enlevant les 4 vis à tâte
cruciforme.

2. Desserrer les 4 vis hexagonales et déposer la lame

inférieure (MA3-2).

3. Desserrer les 4 vis hexagonales et déposer la lame

supérieure (MA3-3).

Installation des lames:

Les lames supérieure et inférieure sont
interchangeables. Lors du serrage des vis de montage
des lames, les serrer à au coupe uniformément.

AVERTISSEMENT

• Antes de limpiar, inspeccionar, o reparar su

máquina, pare el motor, y deje que se enfríe.

• Cuando tenga que inspeccionar, desmontar,

afilar, e instalar las cuchillas, emplee guantes
protectores.

CUCHILLA

Limpie el polvo y la suciedad adheridos a las cuchillas,
y engráselas despuás de cada utiIización.

Para afilar las cuchillas:

1. Cuando los bordes de corte se hayan embotado,

afílelas empleando una amoladora de disco
pequeña. (MA1-a)

2. Quando afile, rebaje los dientes de las cuchillas

superior e inferior 3mm. (MA1-b) Para rebaje,
inserte la llave hexagonal suministrada con la
máquina en el orificio hexagonal de la parte superior
de la caja del cabezal de corte y gírela. (MA2)

• Cuando la enchura de los dientes sea inferior a

8mm, reemplace las cuchillas por otras nuevas.
(MA1-c)

• Como el desgaste de cada cuchilla diferirá de

acuerdo con las condiciones de empleo, intercambie
de vez en cuando la posición de las cuchillas.

Para desmontar las cuchillas:

1. Dé Ia vuelta a la máquina y extraiga la cubierta

inferior (MA3-1) quitando los 4 tornillos de cabeza
hendida en cruz.

2. Extraiga los 4 tornillos de cabeza hueca hexagonal y

desmonte la cuchilla inferior (MA3-2)

3. Extraiga los 4 tornillos de cabeza hueca hexagonal y

desmonte la cuchilla superior (MA3-3)

Para instalar las cuchillas:

Las cuchillas superior e inferior son intercambiables.
Cuando apriete los tornillos de montaje de las
cuchillas, hágalo uniformemente.
