1.5 Safety features
For the safety of operator and safe use, mechanical and electrical system is designed with consideration of safety
protections:
•
Limit switch - If the lift is raised above the limit, it will stop automatically due to the power cut off by the
limit switch.
•
STOP button - The main switch serves as a safety switch. If necessary, turn the lever to the OFF position.
•
Safety latches - They block the lift trolley and prevent unintentional lowering. To lower the lift they must be
unlocked by the a lever.
2. Transport and storage
After receiving the lift, check that the lift is not damaged due to transport or storage. Verify that you have received the
complete package in accordance with the order. In the event of transport damage, the ordering party must immediately
inform the carrier about the problem.
When unpacking, be careful not to injure people (keep a safe distance when unfastening the straps) and not to damage
the lift itself (be careful not to drop the jack part while unpacking).
The packed machine can be lifted or transported with the use of forklifts, cranes or bridge cranes. The machine is heavy!
Do not consider loading and unloading manpower.
The equipment should be stored in a warehouse, if it is stored outside, it should be well protected against weather
conditions. Machine storage temperature: -25ºC - 55ºC.
