Note: Applications using libcurl that are expected to follow redirects to "file://" protocol must now
explicitly call curl_easy_setopt(3) and set the newly introduced CURLOPT_REDIR_PROTOCOLS
option as required.

cURL users should upgrade to these updated packages, which contain backported patches to correct
these issues. All running applications using libcurl must be restarted for the update to take effect.

An updated CVS package that fixes two bugs is now available.

Concurrent Version System (CVS) is a version control system that can record the history of your files.

This updated package fixes the following two bugs:

• mismatches between hosts sometimes caused the CVS client to present incorrect credentials to

servers with gserver authentication. This update ensures the correct credentials are supplied by
confirming the IP address of the currently-connected server so that host mismatch does not occur.

due to lengthy command line arguments. This problem has been resolved by adding the possibility
