CAMERA DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THE MOTION

MOUNT

SYMPTOM

The camera does not recognize an installed MOTION MOUNT.

EXPLANATION

Camera firmware must be v5.1.14 or later to recognize the MOTION MOUNT. If necessary, load the latest camera
firmware, then perform a hardware rediscover.

POTENTIAL RESOLUTIONS

Upgrade your camera firmware to v5.1.14 or later from

Perform a hardware rediscover:

Yes

on the screen that asks you to confirm the Hardware Rediscover.
