Troubleshooting
If your camera is not working as described,
try resetting, rebooting, or reconnecting it.
1. Video Streaming Issue
For problems with video streaming, try
reconnecting your camera. To do this,
see
section 9C
. If this doesn’t work close & open
the APP.
2. Wi-Fi Signal Issue
If you cannot find or connect to the Wi-
Fi signal of your camera, try to reset it by
pressing & holding the reset button on the
camera for approximately 10 seconds while
the device is on.
3. Reset The Device
Resetting your camera can solve many
problems. Press & hold the reset button for
10 seconds while the camera is powered ON.
The camera password will set back to
8888
.
NOTE:
After resetting the camera, it sets back
to the manufacturer defaults. You will need
to reconnect your camera
(see section 6)
