Troubleshooting
If your camera is not working as described,
try resetting, rebooting, or reconnecting it.
1. Video Streaming Issue
Try reconnecting your camera. To do this,
see section 10C
. If this doesn’t work, close &
open the APP.
2. Wi-Fi Signal Issue
If you can’t find or connect to the Wi-Fi signal
of the camera, reset it by pressing & holding
the reset button on the camera for about 10
seconds while the device is on.
3. Reset The Device
This can solve many problems. Press &
hold the reset button for 10 seconds while
the camera is powered ON. The camera
password will set back to
8888
.
NOTE:
After resetting the camera, it sets back
to the manufacturer defaults. You will need
to reconnect your camera
(see section 7)
