9. DISPOSAL
Packaging
Your seat is packaged to protect it from
damage in transit. Its packaging consists of
reusable raw materials and can be returned
to the raw material cycle.
Seat
At the end of its product life, do not
dispose of the seat in the regular house-
hold waste bins. Consult with the relevant
municipal authorities in your area to ensure
that it is disposed of in an environmentally
friendly and appropriate manner.
Disclaimer of liability
We assume no liability for this seat and
any consequential damages if it has not
been operated in accordance with this user
manual, or if it has been modified. Any
modification or misuse of your RECARO
seat will result in a disclaimer of liability.
Textiles
All our fabrics meet high quality require-
ments concerning colourfastness. However,
UV radiation from the sun will bleach out
fabrics. This does not constitute a material
defect but normal wear and tear, for which
no warranty can be given. If, despite our
high quality standards, you have any com-
plaints, please contact our customer sup-
port team at support@recaro-gaming.com.
Reshipments
The seat may not be returned in its original
packaging in a fully assembled or partially
assembled state, but only as bulk (over-
sized) cargo by a forwarding agent. The
costs of such shipments may total up to
€150, depending on the shipment type and
the service provider. In accordance with
German federal law governing remote sales
(Fernabsatzgesetz), the purchaser must
bear the costs of such returns.
