2: Why can't this earphone be plugged into my phone?
The realme Buds 2 Neo has a 3.5mm interface, please confirm your mobile phone interface type. If your
mobile phone has a Lightning interface or a Type-C interface, you cannot use this headset directly, you can
use a Lightning or Type-C headset adapter.
3: Is there Type-C adapter in the earphone box?
This headset box does not contain Type-C adapters.
1: What should I do if one side has no sound?
You can plug in and out the earphone again. If the problem persists, it is recommended that you go to the realme
customer service center for inspection or repair.
