LIMITED WARRANTY:
For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, ReadiVac ® will repair or replace, at its option, for the original pur-
chaser, any part or parts of its ReadiVac ® vacuum found upon examination to be defective in materials or workmanship.
This warranty excludes any items that would be considered “consumables” such as filter(s), accessories (brushes, tools),
belts, brushrolls, lights, etc.
Please return (ship prepaid) any unit that is believed to be covered under this limited warranty to:

All warranty returns must include a copy of the original sales receipt for the purchase which lists: date of purchase, the
store (retailer) name, model name/number, and price paid. Please include your name, full address (No P.O. Box), zip
code, email and phone number with a description of the problem with the unit. The unit will be shipped to you prepaid by
ReadiVac ® .
This limited warranty does not cover products which have been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, neglect,
improper maintenance or failure to operate in accordance with the ReadiVac ® brand’s written instructions. This warranty
applies to the use of this ReadiVac ® product in normal household conditions. Use of this ReadiVac ® product in a com-
mercial setting voids any stated or implied warranty.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARD-
ING THE READIVAC
®
VACUUM, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PUR-
POSE OR OF MERCHANTABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL READIVAC

BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSQUENTIAL,
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (WHETHER INVOLVING PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL IN-
JURY OR OTHER LOSS) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, THIS LIMITED WARRAN-
TY OR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE READIVAC
®
VACUUM, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF WARRANTY,
STRICT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY.
