Note:

This laserlight-based reflective sensor with background
suppression works with high precision and with low
tolerance and hysteresis. A more elaborate setting
then required for sensors of type 1 is usually not
required.

Note:

Compliance with the following points are important for
the proper functionality of the sensor.



Free opening for the sensor in the stripper
plate (free from product residues and
contamination of kinds).



Undamaged anodized later for the sensor in
the stripping plate.



No excessive foreign light influence on the
sensor (e.g. as a result of camera lighting).



Settings must be made with caution.

If despite observance of these points no satisfying
settings can be made to the sensor, the sensor might
not be suitable for detecting the product. Please use a
different sensor.
