Setting date and time
Basic operations
With the date and time set, you can view the date and time of your recordings.
Normal recording is still possible without setting the date and time. However, no
correct recording date and time can be referenced for your recorded messages.
To set the date and time
1. While playback is stopped, press
MENU
to access the player menu.
2. Press
REW
/
FFWD
to select
DATE & TIME
and press
PLAY / PAUSE
to confirm selection.
3. Press
REW
/
FFWD
to set the Month, Day, and Year respectively and
press
PLAY / PAUSE
to confirm each selection.
4. Press
REW
/
FFWD
to set the hour, minute, and AM/PM respectively
and press
PLAY / PAUSE
to confirm each selection.
Basic playback
To play back recorded files:
1. Press
REW
/
FFWD
to select files.
2. Press
PLAY / PAUSE
button
to start playback.
3. Press
PLAY / PAUSE
button
to pause playback, press again to resume.
4. You can press

to adjust volume.
5. Press
REW
/
FFWD
once to skip to the previous/next file. Press and
hold
REW
/
FFWD
to fast backward/forward through the current file.
6. Press
STOP
to stop playback.
Accessing Recorded File Information
Press and hold
MENU
to view the date and time of the recording.
