General Controls

- Microphone.

- Increases volume; moves upward in
menu navigation.

- Decreases volume; moves
downward in menu navigation.

- Skip and search backward a file;
goes back a menu level in menu
navigation; selects radio frequency and
preset stations.

- Skip and search forward a file;
goes up a menu level in menu
navigation; selects radio frequency and
preset stations..

- Press and hold to switch on or off
the player; starts and pauses playback.

- Starts and ends recording; press to
select music files as My Selections; for
sectioned audible files, press
repeatedly during playback to select
skipping by section or by file.

- Accesses the player’s menu.
10. Lock switch - slide to the locked icon to
prevent accidental key activation. The
lock icon shows on the display when
keys are locked.
11. Headphone jack, input jack for line-in
recording (TC1500FM, TC1501FM,
TC1502FM, TH1500, TH1501, TH1502
only).
12. Reset button.
