Squelch Off
- Always unmute speaker to receive audio as well as background noise.
Standby Status
- In normal mode, no key operation is made on the radio and the radio is in
receiving status.
Time-out Timer (TOT)
- The time-out timer feature stops someone from talking too long and tying
up the channel.
VOX
- When using optional accessories, the radio will automatically transmit when you speak.
