This product is intended for working with the RC Logger (not included) to provide GPS information for a model vehicle.
The product is powered by the RC Logger.
For safety and approval purposes (CE), you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. If you use the product
for purposes other than those described above, the product may be damaged. In addition, improper use can
cause hazards such as short circuiting, fire, electric shock etc. Read the instructions carefully and keep them.
Make this product available to third parties only together with its operating instructions.

Read the operating instructions carefully and especially observe the safety information. if
you do not follow the safety instructions and information on proper handling in this manual,

the GPS module may not work with strong electromagnetic interference. Stay away from
sources of electromagnetic interference and restart the GPS module if you have had
problems with it.
Attach the GPS module on the vehicle body firmly with cable ties, glue or double sided adhesive tape.

When installing the module, you should also take care that the cables connected to the module
are not kinked nor pinched.
The side with LED should face outward and expose to the sky. The side with the sockets should
not face upward. Misplace of the module may result in a reduced ability to receive of GPS
information.
Connect the GPS module to the RC Logger with the logger connection cable provided via either socket at

the bottom of the GPS module.
If you would like to install an additional module to the system, connect it to the GPS module via the other

socket.
Power on the RC Logger. The red LED on the GPS module lights up for about 3 seconds indicating the

module is turned on.
Then, the green LED on the GPS module lights up for about 4 seconds. This indicates the GPS module is

operating and is trying to get satellite information.
The time for getting the GPS information depends on the environment. GPS module normally takes a few

minutes to get the information. If the environment is good, it may take around one minute to receive the
location information. Before recording, you need to wait until the green LED blinks and two short beeps are
emitted, which indicates the location information is available.
You will hear a long beep if the location information is not available. The green LED is keep glowing and

the module is trying to get the GPS signal. If the location information is ready again, the green LED blinks
and two short beeps are emitted.
Record video or takes photo with the RC Logger when the green LED on the GPS module is blinking. GPS

information is recorded to the RC Logger at the same time.
Please refer to the instructions of the RC Logger for data retrieval.

In order to preserve, protect and improve the quality of environment, protect human health and
utilise natural resources prudently and rationally, the user should return unserviceable product to
relevant facilities in accordance with statutory regulations.
The crossed-out wheeled bin indicates the product needs to be disposed separately and not as
municipal waste.
