Take care of your equipment - Keep the
equipment in perfect usage conditions and
clean to obtain good and safer operation.
Repairs must be made by authorized
technicians only.
•
Keep safety devices at proper places and in
working conditions.
•
Keep both hands and feet away from the
cutting area.
•
Check the area where the equipment will
be used - Remove all stones, pieces of
wood, wires, bones, glass and other weird
objects. Objects thrown by the equipment
may cause serious injury.
•
If the equipment throws a weird object -
Follow these steps:
a) Immediately switch the equipment off.
b) Unplug it.
c) Check the extension cord and the
equipment for damages.
d) Fix any damage before switching the
equipment on again.
Call qualified professionals to service the
equipment. Use original parts only.
RAZAR SHARP is not responsible for
occasional accidents caused by the use of
spare parts that are not original.
•
To reduce the risk of accidents - Frequently
inspect the equipment. If there are traces of
wear out or deterioration, provide the
substitution of parts.
•
To reduce the risk of electric shocks - Do
not expose the equipment to humidity. If
there are damages to the extension cord,
immediately replace it; never use tapes to
mend it.
Additional Safety and Operation
Instructions
Read instructions carefully and get familiarized
with the controls and proper use of the
equipment.
•
Remember that the operator or user is
responsible for any accident involving
people in their property.
•
Never allow children or people not
familiarized with these instructions to use
the equipment.
•
Before starting to cut the grass, check the
area where the equipment will be used for
debris and remove all stones, pieces of
wood, wires, bones and other weird objects.
•
Do not use the equipment barefooted or
with sandals.
•
When cutting the grass, always wear proper
footwear and pants.
•
Avoid using the equipment when the grass
is humid and never use it when it is raining.
•
Walk; do not run.
•
Always be careful with your steps in
inclined areas (slopes and small elevations).
•
Wear non-skid footwear in inclined areas.
•
Use the equipment during daylight or
under good lighting only
•
Always run the equipment together with
the protection device.
•
If the equipment starts to vibrate,
immediately release the switch lever and
unplug the equipment. Check for the cause
of vibration as it indicates the equipment
either needs adjustment or repair.

Warning!
Whenever cleaning or maintaining the
equipment, first make sure it is off and
then unplug it.
Warning!
The double insulation does not
substitute the precautions to be taken
when using the equipment.
It is an additional safety feature
against accidents that may be caused
by a failure of the equipment
insulation system.
Double Insulation
The equipment is provided with double electric
insulation offering greater safety to the
operator. The double insulation is obtained by
two layers of electric insulation material in all
components that carry electric power. Despite
that double insulation, the safety precautions
described in this manual shall be followed.
Electric equipment built with this insulation
system do not require a ground wire.
Attention!
If the power supply cord is damaged, it
shall be replaced by the
RAZAR SHARP
Assistance Shopp (or dealer) in order to
avoid the risk of accidents.
La RAZAR SHARP garantiza la calidad de este producto por el plazo de 12 (doce) meses,
contados a partir de la fecha de emisión de la Factura Fiscal de Compra al Consumidor. La
Garantía Total de 12 meses cubre defectos de fabricación, materiales y la respectiva mano de
obra para el arreglo, después de la debida comprobación por los técnicos de

asistentes técnicos habilitados, mediante laudo. Si los técnicos determinan que nos es un
defecto de fabricación, le avisará a usted el costo de la reparación, antes de repararla.
Notas:
• Todas las piezas comprobadamente defectuosas, dentro del plazo de garantía, serán
sustituidas, sin gastos adicionales, no habiendo en hipótesis alguna la posibilidad de
cambio del aparato o equipamiento.
• Esta Garantía es intransferible y será válida solamente mediante la presentación de la
Factura Fiscal de Compra.
• Este producto está sujeto a modificaciones de especificaciones técnicas y de diseño sin
aviso previo del fabricante.
La Garantía cubre los siguientes defectos de fabricación:

Corto de espiras;
•
Error de montaje ;
•
Corto entre fases;
•
Falla de material;
•
Rotor fallado.
La Garantía no cubre:
•
Los gastos ocasionados por embalaje y transporte del producto hasta la Asistencia Técnica
Autorizada
RAZAR SHARP
;
•
La sustitución de piezas damnificadas en transporte;
•
Pérdida de piezas.
•
Piezas que presentaren desgaste normal por el uso;
Esta Garantía perderá totalmente su validez, en cualquiera de las hipótesis que
sieguen:
•
Eje roto;
•
Piezas rotas o abolladas;
•
Si el producto fuere abierto por empresa no autorizada por RAZAR SHARP ;
•
Exposición del equipamiento a humedad, agua, intemperie, mareas, productos químicos,
etc.
•
Piezas que presentaren desgaste normal por el uso;
•
Defectos ocasionados por uso indebido, desconocimiento y incumplimiento de las
instrucciones contenidas en el Manual de Instrucciones, considerándose como uso
indebido;
•
Si ocurriere la conexión de este producto en tensión eléctrica diferente a la especificada
en el equipamiento;
•
Sobrecarga;
•
Utilización de extensión eléctrica fuera de la especificada en el Manual de Instrucciones.
