2.7.2 Test
With the operation described below the test mode is started.
Indications Comments, notes
simultaneously
(yellow)
Do not operate both keys for too
long:
-- after approx. 8 seconds the
service mode (Addr.) is started
-- after approx. 10 seconds the con--
figuration mode (--CF--) is started.
Operate keys simultaneously until
-- display indicates ’8.8.8.8.’
-- the cards, the keys, the luminous
panels, the three--colored LED and
the digital display all light up with
maximum brightness.
With configuration of the unit as steering
repeater compass an audible signal is
emitted (continuous sound)

End the test by operating the left key
or
test ends automatically after approx.
3 seconds of no operation
