6 Operating Menu
The instrument software is straight forward and easy to set up and operate. With a few key strokes
and selections on the test screen, measurements can be started. See chapter 4 Quick Start Guide
on page 16. Even if the Profiles Mode is selected measurements can be made quickly.
To switch between the Standard mode and the Profiles mode press "Setup" and select the tab
"General". The following screen will appear where you can enable "Use Profiles":
The difference between Standard mode and the Use Profiles mode is how you ultimately store
your result.
Standard mode is for acquiring the measurement values of Resistance organized by date and time.
And the “Results” button appears on the main measurement screen as shown below. This is an
indication that the Standard mode is selected.
